Q: What will I be eating during The Frequency Cleanse?
A: You will be eating whole foods, preferably organic. Recipes are provided and a list of foods to include and foods to avoid during the cleanse.
Q: Am I allowed to eat meat?
A: Yes, you may eat meat preferably organic and grass-fed for beef. Since, your body will be working to repair and heal it is best to eat small amounts such as one-two small servings per day at the most. You can add a healthy protein to any of the recipes in The Frequency Cleanse.
Q: What if I am a vegetarian or vegan?
A: Most of the recipes in The Frequency Cleanse are vegan. The recipe ingredients are mostly vegetables and a small amount of fruit along with vegetarian protein sources and healthy fats. The recipes are surprisingly easy to make and tasty!
Q: Will I be able to do my regular daily activities?
A: Some people report having a few days where they feel a little tired at the beginning of the cleanse, but nothing that interrupts their daily activities. After the body adjusts over those few days, most people report having a surplus of energy.
Q: Will I be able to exercise during The Frequency Cleanse?
A: Yes, it is recommended that you move your body daily. Depending on your fitness level, this can be a light walk or more as long as you are comfortable with more activity. Strenuous exercise is not recommended unless you are a trained athlete.
Q: What can I do to help with cravings?
A: You will be tapering off of certain foods over the first seven days of the 30 day program. This helps the body adjust to eating mostly whole foods and helps reduce cravings. The root cause of cravings and how to end cravings are both discussed in the program.
Q: Should I take my regular supplements and or medications?
A: Always check with your prescribing doctor about medications or supplements before committing to The Frequency Cleanse.
Q: What if I have specific questions throughout the program?
A: We love questions and will be happy to answer all of them in the private Facebook group. Plus, you can provide support and get support from your peers as well. Most people feel the support of a group is invaluable.
Q: I didn't feel well on my last cleanse and I have some fear about cleansing?
A: Not all cleanses are created equal. Some actually do more harm than good. If you feel very sick during a cleanse it is likely your body is not being supported in converting and excreting toxins. During the program, you will discover what you need to do to make sure you are supporting your body and cleansing safely. Most participants find the Frequency Cleanse to be the easiest and most beneficial cleanse they have done and return two times a year to cleanse again.
Q: What if I can't make it the entire 30 days?
A: You will be receiving support and encouragement throughout the cleanse and we have a no fail/no shame policy. Everyone does the best they can from where they are at. It is not about being perfect. It is about learning, growing and loving our bodies by giving them extra care and attention. Everybody wins during this experience!
Q: There are many cleanses, why this cleanse?
A: This cleanse educates on how to cleanse, providing the tools, recipes, support, accountability and everything needed to be successful while also sharing the science of cleansing. The Frequency Cleanse contains training modules on how to have a positive mindset, how to heal the emotional connection to food, the energetic resonance of food, and so much more!
